Mary Agnes Laguatan

Mary Agnes Laguatan has extensive experience in leadership roles within Ronald McDonald House Charities, serving as Director of the Americas, Field Operations for RMHC Global since October 2015 and previously holding various team leader positions. Prior to their current role, Mary Agnes was the Owner/Consultant at MML Mission-Driven Solutions, LLC and Vice President of Human and Capital Resources for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana, where responsibilities included optimizing human resource functions and maintaining capital resources. Earlier roles included Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of Programs and Services at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana, as well as managerial positions at Ronald McDonald Houses in Chicago and Cleveland. Mary Agnes holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and French from the University of Notre Dame.
