Denean Paulik

Denean Paulik serves as the Director of Major Gifts at Ronald McDonald House New York since October 2020 and is an active member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering senior women leaders. Since August 2016, Denean has worked as a Development Consultant for Baruch College's Peixoto Lab. Prior experience includes roles at the American Red Cross as Interim Director of Leadership Giving and Senior Philanthropy Officer, and Director of Development at Tuesday's Children, focusing on post-9/11 support. Earlier positions also include Director of Individual Giving for The Province of St. Mary of the Capuchin Order, Interim Executive Director of Dallas Montessori Academy, and various development roles at New York University, where significant fundraising successes were achieved. Denean holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership/Management Studies from New York University.
