Rose Marie Tan has extensive work experience in event planning and management. Rose Marie is currently working as the Chief Event Planner for the International Monetary Fund at TCMA for Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. In this role, they are responsible for directing and leading the event planning effort and resolving any conflicts related to function space and guests.

Rose Marie was the Director of Convention Services at HILTON OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA HOTEL from 2003 to 2006, where they oversaw banquet events and evaluated customer satisfaction. Rose Marie served as the Director of Revenue at WASHINGTON TERRACE HOTEL in 2003-2004, where they established the reservation department and managed pricing for online bookings. Finally, they worked as a Revenue Manager at LOWES L'ENFANT PLAZA HOTEL from 2000 to 2002, maximizing room revenue and collaborating with the sales team on sales strategies and forecasting.
Rose Marie Tan has pursued a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Ecole Les Roches in Bluche, Switzerland. Additionally, they have also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Hotel and Restaurant Management from St. Scholastica's College in Manila, Philippines.
