Tom Noonan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tom started their career in 1986 at Biocon Biochemicals Limited, where they worked as a Management Accountant. Tom then moved on to Unilever in 1990, where they held the role of Commercial Manager for Quest International Limited. In 1997, Tom became the Business Unit Head at Quest International Ireland Limited, responsible for manufacturing and supply chain activities. In 2004, they joined Kerry Group as the Site Manager and Enzymes SBU Commercial Controller, overseeing finance, supply chain, legal, and IT issues. Tom's most recent role was as the Chief Operations Officer at RDJ LLP starting in 2015.
Tom Noonan has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from University College Cork, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Tom then pursued further education and acquired the ACMA degree in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, attending from 1987 to 1989. Finally, in 1998 to 2000, Tom completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Open University.
