Patricia Thomas, MSILR, SPHR

Patricia Thomas has a diverse work experience in human resources management. Patricia most recently served as the Executive Vice President Human Resources at Ronco since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked at OFM, LLC as a Human Resources Manager from August 2010 to September 2017. Patricia also worked as a Recruiter at National Employment Solutions from July 2002 to August 2010. Patricia was the Human Resources Manager at Novo Nordisk Pharmaceutical Industries from January 1999 to July 2002. Patricia also held the position of Human Resource Manager at GAF Materials Corporation from October 1997 to December 1999. Earlier in their career, Patricia worked at Baxter Healthcare as a Compensation and Benefits Manager from December 1993 to September 1997.

Patricia Thomas, MSILR, SPHR completed their Master of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University between 1988 and 1990. Their field of study was Industrial and Labor Relations. Prior to that, they graduated from Morgantown High School in 1984 with a High School degree.
