Kenton Shultis

Kenton Shultis is the Chief Executive Officer at Rondaxe Pharma, leading teams to enhance drug manufacturing processes for new chemical entities and approved drugs since January 2007. Prior experience includes serving as VP and General Manager of Manufacturing at AMRI, where Kenton managed the Organichem Division and founded Technical Services; roles as VP of Operations and Quality, where Kenton designed and built new laboratories; and serving as President of American Advanced Organics, Inc. Kenton’s extensive background includes significant positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, and Abbott Laboratories, contributing to the development and manufacturing of critical pharmaceutical products. Kenton holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
