Cody Voellinger

Cody Voellinger is an experienced talent advisor and founder specializing in building teams focused on climate change solutions and sustainable energy. Currently serving as Talent Advisor to the CTO at Pacific Fusion, Voellinger collaborates with leadership to develop a team dedicated to clean energy initiatives. As the founder of Earth Advisors, Voellinger aids startups in assembling teams that address climate-related challenges. Additional roles include talent advisory positions at various organizations such as Rondo Energy, Arbor, Heirloom, Electric Hydrogen Co., and Twelve. Voellinger's previous experiences include serving as Talent Partner at Heliogen, where significant growth and talent infrastructure were established. Voellinger holds a degree in Sociology, Markets & Management from Duke University and has participated in extensive educational endeavors, including studies at John Cabot University and Thomas Jefferson High School.
