Tim Fetsch

Tim Fetsch has extensive experience in operations and sales management. Tim currently holds the position of Vice President of Service Operations at Ronnoco Coffee. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the St. Louis Area Foodbank. Tim also held various leadership positions at E.J. Welch Company, Berlin Packaging, and Farmer Bros. Co. Their roles included Vice President of Operations, Regional Operations Manager, Director of Operations and Sales, and Branch Manager. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in driving organizational effectiveness, leading teams, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Tim Fetsch has a strong educational background in business administration. Tim attended Fontbonne University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Tim later pursued further education at Fontbonne University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration. In addition to their academic degrees, Tim has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Tim completed the "Business Strategy Execution: The Agile/Lean Way" certification from the Institute for Leadership Excellence in July 2020. In May 2020, they obtained the "Lean Leadership, Lean Culture & Lean Management" certification from the same institution. Tim also holds a "Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level I" from the Aveta Business Institute, which they received in February 2020. In addition to their business-related education, they obtained a certification in Residential and Commercial Real Estate from Missouri REALTORS® in 2015.
