Brittany Tisthammer

Brittany Tisthammer is an experienced imaging technician currently employed at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital since May 2017, where responsibilities include operating CT scans, managing pre-operative and post-operative surgery patients, and taking digital radiographs. Previously, Brittany served as the Foaling Barn Foreman at Three Chimneys Farm from August 2016 to May 2017, providing daily equine care and overseeing the foaling process. In addition, Brittany gained valuable experience as an Extension Intern and Teaching Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from January 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included teaching students and collaborating on educational projects. Brittany holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of the Cumberlands (July 2021 - May 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (2011 - 2015).
