Jaleah Ladson

Jaleah Ladson is a dedicated professional currently serving as a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and an HR Onboarding Specialist at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where other roles include serving as a Microsoft Excel Preceptor. Jaleah also contributes as a Housing and Employment Resources Volunteer at Roof Above. Recent experiences include an internship in Human Resources DE&I at Milliken & Company and participation in the prestigious Harvard Summer Venture in Management Program. Earlier work includes a managerial and server role at IHOP from February 2020 to February 2023. Jaleah is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management at UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, with an expected graduation in May 2025, following completion of high school at Sun Valley High School in 2021.
