Furthermore, Dale's extensive tenure at Maverick Transportation, LLC from June 2006 to March 2017 included various leadership positions such as Dedicated Operations Manager, Road Assist Manager, Extended Operations Manager, Fleet Manager Training Instructor, and Fleet Manager. Educational achievements include studies at Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
