Randy Korach

Randy Korach is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the roofing and construction industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Roofing Corp of America since July 2021 and as President & Managing Member at Innovative Roofing Group since January 2018, Korach has led IRG to become a prominent commercial roofing contractor in the Southeastern United States. Previous roles include Division President & General Manager at Sherwin-Williams Paints, where significant oversight of multiple business units was maintained, and Group President at RPM International Inc., managing a global team of 4,000 employees. Korach's educational background includes the General Manager's Program at Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Colby College.
