Virginia Hughes

Virginia Hughes is a skilled Senior Product Manager at Roofr, with a robust background in product management and user experience design. Previously at Certn, Virginia led teams to deliver significant client-facing features for half a million users and fostered a data-driven culture. Virginia began as the first in-house UI/UX designer at Certn, establishing essential design principles and processes. Prior experience includes serving as a User Experience Designer at Amilia, where Virginia integrated user empathy into development practices and co-created a lasting Design System, as well as roles in graphic and mobile UX design.
