Craig Rashkow is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as Vice President of Short Term Rentals at Roofstock since May 2025, Craig previously held senior leadership roles at various companies, including Senior Vice President of Operations at Summer and SVP of Special Projects at Kairos Living. Craig's experience at Sonder Inc. includes roles as Head of Global Customer Service and Senior Director of Operations, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction and revenue growth were achieved. Early career roles at McMaster-Carr involved overseeing sales operations and marketing, developing successful strategies that led to substantial revenue increases.
