Lesley van der Woude

Lesley van der Woude has diverse work experience in the film industry. Lesley currently holds the position of Head of Film Programming at Rooftop Cinema Club, where they curate and organizes cinematic events. Prior to this, they held the role of Film Programming Manager at the same company. Lesley also worked as a Programmer at the Leiden International Film Festival in 2019. Lesley is a member of BAFTA and has served as a screener for animated shorts at the SXSW festival in multiple years. Additionally, they were a Screening Committee Member at the Denver Film festival in 2019 and a Programmer at Large at the Nashville Film Festival during the same year. Lesley has also worked as a Dutch Teacher at Listen & Learn and as a Ticket Associate in the Press/Media Office at the Sundance Institute.

Lesley van der Woude obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Entrepreneurship, Event and Experience Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2008. After completing this degree, they pursued a Yoga Teacher Training Course at Rishikul Yogshala, where they received a certification in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy.
