Lenna Cumberbatch

Lenna Cumberbatch is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and strategic change across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Interim Consortium Director at Black Researcher Consortium and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Galop, Cumberbatch actively advocates for LGBT+ victims of abuse. Additional roles include Vice Chair at Rooftop Housing Association, Non-Executive Director at the Communications Consumer Panel, and Founder of Inclusive Perspective. Cumberbatch has also chaired the Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Working Group at Project Everyone and operates as an Expert Monitor and Reviewer for the European Commission. Previous positions include Non-Executive Director at Goodman Masson and Board Trustee at The Grace Eyre Foundation. Cumberbatch holds an MBA from Kingston University and a BA from Middlebury College.
