Sergii Zaskaleta

Sergii Zaskaleta is the Group Head of Delivery Excellence at Room 8 Group, an end-to-end strategic partner in external game development, since June 2023. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at EPAM Systems from June 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities ranged from client partnership management to engineering and project delivery management, focusing on the gaming and financial services sectors. Notably, Sergii managed a substantial portfolio, successfully led presales activities generating over $7 million in revenue, and oversaw large teams while transitioning to agile methodologies. Previous roles also include business analysis at Civitta and a teaching assistant position at the Kyiv School of Economics. Sergii holds multiple master's degrees in Economic Analysis, Economics, and Mathematics and Computer Science from prestigious institutions.
