Cicely S. Wootan

Cicely S. Wootan is an accomplished leader in development and partnerships, currently serving as Vice President at Room to Read, where previous roles included Senior Director, Global Partnerships, and Director of Development, North America. Prior experience includes managing development and external affairs at Bottom Line, serving as Executive Director of the American Heart Association in NYC, and directing corporate development at the Guggenheim Museum. Cicely has also held positions with Avon Foundation and C.W. Shaver & Company, Inc., among others, demonstrating extensive expertise in fundraising and program development. A graduate of Fordham University with a BA in English and a Master's in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Cicely has also contributed to the Heinz College Alumni Association's Board of Directors, enhancing alumni engagement and support.
