Karen Harmon

Karen Harmon is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in managing and enhancing program effectiveness within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Project Manager for Room to Read in the U.S. Southeast since January 2022, Karen has achieved a 90% improvement in project alignment with organizational goals and increased resource utilization efficiency. Prior to this role, as Outreach Director at The Shelter for Abused Women & Children, Karen oversaw over 20 programs, leading to an 80% increase in community engagement and a 90% improvement in program effectiveness.
