Nuong Nguyen

Nuong comes to Room to Read with 20 years of experience. She brings a broad range of experience including strategic planning, partnership development, program management, monitoring and evaluation, learning, and organizational development. She draws her experience from various settings, including the private sector, multilateral banks, and NGOs.

Prior to joining Room to Read, Nuong worked at the AIP Foundation and advocated for road safety at international, regional, and national forums. Her portfolio includes integrated campaigns with proven results of improving road safety environment and skills for children and youth through advocacy, capacity building, school-based education, and targeted community interventions in Vietnam and other Asian countries. Nuong holds a Master of Assessment and Evaluation degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and gains valuable experience from various work assignments in the US and Australia.
