Rami Elghandour

Rami Elghandour is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arcellx, Inc. since January 2021, focusing on advancing cell therapies for greater safety and accessibility. Additionally, Rami serves on the Board of Directors for Room to Read, contributing to efforts in gender equity and literacy education in developing regions. Rami provides advisory support at Action Potential Venture Capital, Sounding Board, Inc., and CareMessage, emphasizing growth and health innovation. Previously, Rami was President and CEO at Nevro, where significant achievements included FDA approval for new therapies and leading the company to market leadership in neuromodulation. Rami holds an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
