Emily Heatley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Emily began their career in 2007 as a Wings Cadet Team Leader at Red Bull. Emily then worked as a Brand Ambassador at G&J Greenall from 2010 to 2012. Emily joined SquareMeal in 2012 as a Restaurant Account Manager & Client Relations, where they stayed until 2015. In the same year, they worked as a Key Partnership Manager at Velocity App for a brief period of three months. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Senior Account Manager at TheFork UK. In 2020, Emily joined Bringme as a Customer Success Manager for the UK and Ireland, and later moved on to become the Head of Customer Success at The Room in April 2022.

Emily Heatley attended Nottingham Trent University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Criminology with a focus on Social Sciences. Prior to their university education, Emily attended Dukeries College from 1999 to 2006, where they completed 11 1/2 higher grade GCSE's and 3 A Levels.
