Jacqui McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, primarily within hotel data systems at CWT and its subsidiary, RoomIt by CWT, where the title has progressed from Global Product Manager to Senior Product Manager since October 2016. McCarthy has played a pivotal role in managing the life cycle of proprietary hotel data systems, serving as the primary contact for CWT business users and system providers. Prior experience includes significant roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, overseeing hotel data management and supporting various internal user groups, as well as serving as an Enterprise Academy Coordinator at Mitchells & Butlers, where awards were garnered for training innovation. Early career experience involved customer service management as a Junior Pursers Officer with Princess Cruises. McCarthy holds an education from the University of Brighton and Chipping Campden Comprehensive.
