Yogan Govender has over 10 years of experience in IT and customer service. Yogan is currently the Head of Customer Service at RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech. Yogan Govender attended Grove-End Secondary School from 2003 to 2007 and received a Merit Exemption. Between 2008 and 2010, Yogan attended the National Institute of Information Technology and obtained a DNIIT in Network Engineering with a focus on Microsoft Technologies. Yogan Govender has also completed additional certifications, including Speaking in Public, Customer Experience Innovation, Unconscious Bias, and Business Process Design for Strategic Management.
