Josue Luna's work experience begins in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at Gulf Oil, where they processed payments, communicated with vendors, and maintained store cleanliness. From 2013 to 2016, they worked for Randstad USA as a Multi-Language Support Representative for Bose Corporation, providing courteous customer service, handling inquiries, and promoting product benefits. In 2016, they joined LabCorp as a Shipper/Expeditor, responsible for shipping specimens, performing administrative duties, and resolving shipment issues. In 2017, they transitioned to Bose Corporation as a Bi-Lingual Technical Support Specialist for their Professional Systems Division, providing technical assistance and building relationships with stakeholders. In 2018, they became a Bi-Lingual Technical Support Specialist for Bose Corporation's Consumer Electronics, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware requests. Josue was promoted to a Program/Project Manager role in 2019, analyzing customer service data, identifying trends, and leading cross-functional teams. Most recently, in 2022, they joined RoomReady as an AV Embedded Support Technician, performing physical set-up services, troubleshooting AV signal path issues, providing end-user instruction, and conducting maintenance checks.

Additionally, Josue Luna has obtained two certifications in the field of audio and sound engineering. These certifications highlight their expertise in control space designing and audio networking using Dante technology.
