Chen Waldman has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. They started their career as an intern at the Knesset in October 2018 and worked there until June 2019. They then joined the Fani Kaplan Community Center as a Community Coordinator from September 2018 to August 2019. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Coordinator at BIG IDEA Youth for a brief period. From August 2020 to August 2021, they served as the Youth Program Manager at Lasova NGO, where they managed a local youth center and provided welfare services and informal education. In 2021, they worked as a Resources Development Coordinator at LATET - Israeli Humanitarian Aid from August 2021 to April 2022. Following that, they joined Altshuler Shaham as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager from April 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they are working at ROOMS by Fattal as a Community Manager starting from April 2023. Throughout their career, Chen has gained experience in community management, corporate social responsibility, resource development, and youth program management.
Chen Waldman began their education in 2018 at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they pursued a Bachelor of Education in Political Science. Chen successfully completed their degree in 2020. Following this, Chen enrolled at Reichman University in 2021 to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies. Chen is expected to complete their studies at Reichman University in 2023.
