Allan Rooney

Allan Rooney is a partner at Rooney Law, specializing in general commercial practice since June 2007. Allan's legal career began at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where, from March 2001 to March 2004, work included international and domestic transactional matters with an emphasis on tax, securities, and trusts. Allan also has experience as a trader at a commodity trading house specializing in metals and chemicals from August 1999 to October 2000. Allan Rooney earned an LL.B. in Law from The University of Edinburgh (1995-1999) and attended The University of Texas School of Law (1997-1998).
