Elaine M. Brennan

Elaine Brennan has been with Roosevelt & Cross Incorporated since June 1993, holding the titles of Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President in the Municipal Finance industry. Prior to that, Elaine was a Vice President at Chemical Bank from 1979 to 1993. Elaine earned a BA in Mathematics from The College of New Rochelle in 1975 after completing their high school education at Bishop Reilly High School.
