Dawn Kramer

Dawn is the Senior Director of Audit and Program Integrity for Omnicare, Inc. and has over 20 years of management experience in the health care industry. Specific expertise in audit, quality controls, cost containment programs, risk mitigation, performance management, employee development, technical/analytical reporting, and clinic/laboratory management. Dawn manages an Audit Team responsible to manage all outside Third Party Audits of 350+ active and closed Long Term Care pharmacies in 46 States. She has enjoyed significant success in negotiating front-end audit ‘rules of engagement’ and reducing and/or eliminating financial penalties and recoveries. Coordinates with principles in nearly every corporate department in order to champion continuous quality improvement initiatives in order to boost performance and reduce negative audit findings.
