Kaitlyn Bray is a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and team collaboration. Currently serving as a Hostess and Server at Roosters | We Be Wings Franchise since August 2020, Kaitlyn excelled in customer service, earning a raise within the first two months and taking an active role in training new employees. In a brief position with KeyBank during October to December 2021, Kaitlyn participated in the Miami University Client Challenge, collaborating effectively with teammates to analyze data and devise a solution for a bank-related issue. Previously, as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. from June 2020 to April 2021, Kaitlyn enhanced customer engagement, achieving an 80% conversion rate, and prioritized high-quality service. Kaitlyn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Miami University, having completed an Honors High School Diploma at Lakewood High School in 2021.
