The leadership team at Root Capital has a history of working in various management positions at different organizations. These include the Rainforest Alliance, the Centre for Rural Development Studies, and the United Nations University for Peace. The team also has experience working as a researcher consultant, a graduate analyst intern, and a finance and IT consultant. Additionally, the team has experience working as a field manager, a lead research analyst, and an administrator of funds. Finally, the team has educational backgrounds in social sciences, local and regional development, information systems, nonprofit management, accounting, and finance.
