After decades in corporate leadership, I witnessed a pattern: when results don't materialize, we do more. More hours. More meetings. More tactics. Rarely asking: What small, consistent changes will lead to real growth? What might we need to let go of to grow?

I found myself caught in the same cycle. Lackluster results meant I wore more hats and worked more hours. I felt exhausted and set up for failure.

As a long-time mindfulness practitioner, I used my daily practice to deepen awareness of the leader I wanted to be. I began to more intentionally align my actions to that vision, and everything changed.

I stopped telling myself there was no time for rest and developed a habit of mindfully connecting to nature every day for clarity. I was amazed to discover profound lessons about leadership and sustainable growth when I did.

That's why I founded Rooted, mindful leadership coaching & consulting inspired by nature and focused on growth. I help growth-minded leaders move from pressure to clarity and from misalignment to intentional progress.

I help leaders align their actions with their vision, support them through uncertainty, and offer everyday practices that cultivate awareness, composure, and calm. My approach blends real-world corporate experience, mindfulness-based tools for leadership resilience, and co-creation rather than prescriptive advice.
