Jennifer Arbogast, MS, LMSW, is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Rooted Counseling since July 2021. With a diverse background in education and counseling, Jennifer has held various roles including Academic Advisor at Michigan State University for a decade and Reading Specialist at Home for over 18 years. Jennifer completed a clinical internship at the DBT Institute of Michigan, providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy to clients with borderline personality disorder. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Lansing Community College and leadership in community service as Co-president of Friends of the Library at East Lansing Public Library. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and multiple degrees in Reading Teacher Education from The University of Kansas.
