Tia Yater Miller

Tia Yater Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service and account management. Currently serving as the National Account Coordinator at Rooted Grounds Coffee since October 2020, Tia manages the calendar for national accounts and service suppliers while delivering exceptional customer service. Previously, as Client Engagement Director at Camp Joy from June 2019 to January 2025, Tia led revenue growth initiatives by cultivating strategic partnerships and enhancing community impact. Tia's earlier role as Vice President of Client Service at EMI Research Solutions involved new business development, client guidance, and performance tracking using Salesforce, along with a prior position as Manager of Client Service. Tia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Cincinnati, completed between 1999 and 2002.
