Rachel Soper Sanders is the founder and CEO of Rootine, a company that provides personalized vitamin and supplement packages based on an individual's DNA. Prior to Rootine, Sanders was with naviHealth, Inc., where they served as the head of strategy, product, and business development. There, they were responsible for marketing and strategy for both new and existing products. Before that, Sanders was an advisor for GolfMatch, Inc., which was acquired by Topgolf in 2017. Rachel also worked as an associate in health care investment banking at Raymond James Financial Inc. and as a summer associate at Cambridge Associates.

Rachel Soper Sanders completed both their undergraduate and graduate degrees at highly respected institutions. Rachel first earned their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University, graduating cum laude. Rachel then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
