Matt Sharkey

Matt Sharkey has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Matt started as an Area Manager at Golden Corral in 1988 and eventually became a General Manager, responsible for training and managing a team and implementing marketing plans. In 1999, they joined Platinum Corral LLC as a General Manager and held that role until 2021. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as an Area Manager at Platinum Corral, dba Golden Corral. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Roots Natural Kitchen.
