Belal Khallad

Belal Khallad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Roots since March 2014. In this role, Belal leads and manages various process improvement, system replacement, upgrade, and evolutionary projects, working closely with business owners, senior leadership teams, technical resources, and consultants. Prior to this, Belal was a Business Support/System Analyst at Hudson's Bay Company from 2005 to 2013, where responsibilities included providing process training and technical support to internal clients. Belal holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology from York University.
