Amanda Wells

Amanda Wells, MA, currently serves as a Senior Instructional Designer at Rootstock Software since December 2022. With extensive experience as a Learning Consultant and Instructional Design Lead across various organizations since June 2017, Amanda previously held the role of Senior Director of Instructional Design at Learnit from April 2021 to February 2022 and served as Learning & Development Lead at Zume Inc. from July 2019 to April 2020. Amanda's academic background includes a Master of Arts in English (Composition and Rhetoric) and graduate studies in University Teaching, as well as Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, where Amanda also contributed as a faculty member. Additional experience includes a position as Content Manager - Intranet Specialist at Edward Jones from July 2015 to December 2017. Earlier educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Truman State University.
