Lic. Eliana Cibulis

Lic. Eliana Cibulis is an experienced project manager with a strong background in digital marketing and account management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Rootstrap since September 2022, Eliana has previously held project management roles at PedidosYa, focusing on the operation and strategy of the PICs project for LATAM, and Neo@Ogilvy, where responsibilities included overseeing projects for notable clients like Hyundai and New Balance. Prior experience includes account management at The Electric Factory Group for digital campaigns and innovation projects, as well as roles in digital account management and executive assistance at various agencies. Eliana holds a Licentiate degree in Publicity from Universidad ORT Uruguay, attained in 2016.
