Lars Kårlin

Lars Kårlin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lars is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Rope Access Sverige AB, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Lars worked as the Chief Operating Officer Wind at the same company from May 2020 to November 2022. Before joining Rope Access Sverige AB, they served as the Department Manager at WSP i Sverige from January 2019 to May 2020. Lars also has extensive experience in the maritime industry, having held various positions at MMT. Lars worked as the Data Processing Manager from November 2014 to December 2018, and as a Hydrographical Advisor from March 2013 to October 2014. Lars also served as a Hydrographical Coordinator/Oceanographer from May 2009 to March 2013 and as a Chart Editor from May 2008 to May 2009 at MMT. Additionally, Lars has worked as a Dive Instructor at Aquacat Cruises in 2003 and as a Baseleader at Dressel Divers Club International from 2001 to 2003.

Lars Kårlin began their education in 1993 at Hjalmar Strömerskolan, where they received a Gymnasieexamen in Teknisk inriktning in 1996. Lars then attended Uppsala University from 2004 to 2005, focusing on Geographic Science. Later, from 2005 to 2009, Lars pursued a Master of Science degree in Geoscience/Oceanography at the University of Gothenburg.
