Katie Staff

Katie Staff is currently the Head of HR at Roper Rhodes since May 2019. Prior to this role, she worked as an HR Consultant at her own company, Kate Staff HR, from July 2017 to May 2019. She has extensive experience as an HR Business Partner at CEMEX UK Operations from July 2006 to July 2017, providing support to Regional Directors and Management teams across various business sectors. Before that, she served as an HR Manager at Sussex Chamber of Commerce from July 2001 to July 2006.
