Edward R. currently serves as the VP of AI at Roper Technologies, Inc. since November 2025. Previously, Edward held multiple leadership roles at Workday from May 2020 to November 2025, including VP of AI & Machine Learning and Senior Director of Machine Learning Engineering, where efforts focused on developing machine learning solutions for various Workday products. As Chief Technology Officer at Tozny from August 2018 to May 2020, Edward oversaw product and technology teams to enhance privacy-preserving identity management solutions. Edward also contributed as Partner in Product & Development at Solutional, Inc., and founded BlueMesh, focusing on team collaboration through machine learning. Prior experience includes leading product management at Recon Instruments and product management roles at Nike. Edward holds an MBA from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Oregon Institute of Technology.
