John K. Stipancich

John Stipancich is the current VP, General Counsel & Secretary at Roper Technologies. Prior to this, they were Chief Financial Officer at Newell Rubbermaid from August 2004 to June 2016. Before that, they were General Counsel at Evenflo from March 1999 to August 2004.

Stipancich began their career as an Associate Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs from August 1993 to August 1996. John then became the Assistant General Counsel at Borden, Inc. from August 1996 to March 1999. From December 2009 to April 2015, they served as General Counsel at Newell Rubbermaid Inc.

John K. Stipancich attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor summa cum laude. John also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Toledo. John K. Stipancich is admitted to the Ohio, North Carolina, and Georgia bars.
