Marissa Black

Marissa Black is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Roper Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include performing legal due diligence on multi-billion-dollar asset acquisitions and supporting the mergers and acquisitions team, alongside providing comprehensive legal support across various business segments. Prior to this role, Marissa served as an Associate in Litigation at Squire Patton Boggs, representing clients in complex civil disputes across federal and state courts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and as an Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and white-collar investigations. Marissa holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from The Ohio State University.
