Cindy Etoh

Cindy Etoh, PhD, PMP, CSM has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Cindy is currently the Director of Project Services at Ropes & Gray LLP since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at New York Life Insurance Company as the Corporate Vice President, Marketing Enablement PMO from February 2020 to July 2023 where they led a team and drove digital marketing initiatives. From December 2017 to February 2020, they served as the Global Independence PMO Director at PwC, overseeing the transformation of the PMO into a Business Transformation Office. From June 2014 to July 2017, they held the position of Executive Director, Project Management Office at The NPD Group and was responsible for managing a $14M IT portfolio. Earlier in their career, they worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP from September 2004 to June 2014 as a Senior PMO Project Manager, where they established the PMO and introduced best practices for project delivery. Cindy also served as the Technology Training Supervisor from September 2000 to September 2005, leading a global team and implementing e-Learning initiatives.

Cindy Etoh, PhD, PMP, CSM holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business & Marketing from the University of East London. Cindy also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Textile and Fashion Design from the same university. Cindy further obtained a Certificate in Software Development & Design from Columbia University. Cindy completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration & Management from Warren National University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cindy has acquired several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Digital Acumen from PwC. Cindy also holds certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
