Daniel Gwen

Daniel Gwen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of business finance and restructuring. Currently serving as a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP since March 2021, Daniel has previously held positions as Counsel and Associate at the same firm. Prior to this role, Daniel was an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from April 2016 to March 2021, focusing on Business Finance & Restructuring. Daniel also gained valuable experience as an Associate in the Financial Restructuring Department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from September 2013 to April 2016, where representation of stakeholders in complex special situations was a key responsibility.
