Deborah Gardner

Deborah Gardner is a Partner at Ropes & Gray, where since April 2005, the practice has focused on Medicare and Medicaid payment, compliance and enforcement matters, and litigation related to Medicare and Medicaid appeals. The client portfolio includes hospitals, health systems, physician practices, Medicaid managed care organizations, laboratories, dialysis companies, and durable medical equipment suppliers. Previously, Deborah held positions as Special Counsel at Choate, Hall & Stewart from April 1993 to April 2005, and as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and WilmerHale from September 1989 to April 1993 and September 1989 to September 1990, respectively. Deborah earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an A.B. in American History and Literature from Harvard University.
