Jennifer Stark Duce FCA MBA has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles in leading law firms. Jennifer began their career in 2002 at Shearman & Sterling (London) LLP, where they served as a Financial Controller for eight years. In 2010, they joined Sidley Austin LLP as the Director of Accounting - Europe, a position they held for six years. Currently, Jennifer is the Director of Finance Europe & Asia at Ropes & Gray LLP, a role they have held since October 2016.

Jennifer Stark Duce has an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and is also an FCA from ICAEW.
