Vicki Savicke

Vicki Savicke has extensive experience in legal recruiting and administration, currently serving as Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager at Ropes & Gray LLP since February 2015, after advancing from roles such as Lateral Legal Recruiting Coordinator and Senior Lateral Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to this, Vicki spent over two decades at Bingham McCutchen, where positions included Attorney Administration Manager, coordinating the recruitment process and managing attorney support. Vicki began a career in the legal field as a Legal Secretary, providing comprehensive support to a partner in the Finance department. Vicki holds an A.D. in Legal Secretarial Program from Aquinas Jr. College.
