Brendon Glidden

Brendon Glidden is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in bar management and beverage direction. Currently serving as the Bars Manager at Ropeswing Hospitality Group since February 2022, Brendon previously worked as Beverage Director at Fox Trail Distillery, where cost-saving processes were implemented to enhance product quality. As Bar Manager at The Foreman, Brendon played a key role in opening the establishment, focusing on business marketing, vendor relationships, menu development, and staff management. Brendon's earlier experience at Onyx Coffee Lab as Director of Research Development involved creating seasonal menus and developing innovative business practices. Additionally, Brendon gained foundational skills in bartending and management at 21c Museum Hotels. Brendon holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in CADD, Digital Design from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
